Customers can apply for a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Applications submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days after approval.

Goods must be in basically intact condition and not affect resale.
Apparent damage caused by human error may affect refund eligibility. Clearance items may have return restrictions under special circumstances (subject to specific order instructions).
